Job summary

Enhance Therapies' Rehab Advisors is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Per Diem role in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. You must hold an active Occupational Therapy license in the state and will work within an in-house therapy program.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating care plans, collaborating with the care team, and maintaining regulatory documentation. New grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current state license.
• NBCOT-OTR certification if required by state.
• Degree from an AOTA-accredited OT program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
