Job summary

Select Medical's SSH-Tri-Cities facility is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to support inpatient post‑ICU recovery. This PRN/Per Diem role offers a $50 per hour wage and a flexible schedule to meet patient needs while delivering compassionate care.

You will participate in discharge planning, supervise OTAs and OT/COTA students, and administer individualized therapy plans while monitoring patient responses.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient/family education and adaptive equipment
• Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants (OTAs), as well as OT and COTA students
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens
• Monitor patients’ responses to treatment
