Licensed OT with current practice status is required; BLS is preferred and must be obtained within 30 days for some sites. Two years of experience is preferred and a collaborative, compassionate approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in current practice state or eligible for traineeship/temporary license.
• BLS Basic Life Support is preferred; required within 30 days for some facilities.
• 2 years of experience in equivalent setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review physician referrals and patient history to determine therapy needs.
• Conduct and document patient evaluations and treatment plans.
• Administer occupational therapy treatments and create adaptive equipment.
