Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver and supervise OT services at Swedish Issaquah. The role includes evaluating patients, developing individual care plans, and participating in discharge planning.

Coverage may be inpatient and outpatient, including pediatric/adolescent orthopedic patients. Per-Diem schedule with day shifts and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• OT delivers and supervises others in the delivery of occupational therapy services.
• Performs evaluations and develops individual plans of care.
• Reassesses treatment results and participates in discharge planning.
• Covers inpatient and outpatient services as needed, including pediatric/adolescent orthopedic patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services within a team-based approach.
• Develop and implement plans of care to maximize functional outcomes.
• Reassess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in discharge planning and care transitions.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Washington Occupational Therapist License
