Zusammenfassung

Pediastaff is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric team near Anchorage, Wasilla, Alaska, for a 6-month contract starting in October. You’ll work with an all pediatric caseload in a modern facility, focusing on development delays in gross motor and coordination.

This role requires Alaska OT licensure or eligibility, strong communication with families, and willingness to travel between clinics and perform telehealth if needed.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and Alaska state license (or eligible)
• Strong written and oral communication with families and caregivers
• Pediatric experience preferred (fieldwork counts!)
• Willingness to travel between clinics as needed
• Ability to evaluate patients and develop goal-oriented treatment plans

Exciting new job opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to work near Anchorage, in Wasilla, for a contract assignment starting in October! This will be a 6-month contract.

• You’ll work with an all pediatric caseload in a large up to date facility
• Much of the caseload involves development delays in gross motor and motor coordination
• Many of the kiddos are in foster homes
• Clinic is known for helping with feeding and sensory integration
• Multiple clinic locations in the area; they offer speech, OT and PT services
• You will work four 10s

Requirements:

• Alaska license to practice OT or eligible
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate successfully with caregivers, guardians and parents to achieve best outcomes for your patients
• Willingness to travel between clinics as needed and to work in a telehealth format if required
• Ability to evaluate patient, plan, develop and execute effective treatment plans; goal oriented
• Previous pediatric experience preferred (fieldwork counts!)

Qualifications:

You will need to hold a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and a current state license (or be eligible for same).
