Job summary

Pediastaff is seeking a pediatric Physical Therapist for a 6-month assignment in the Wasilla/Palmer area of Alaska. You will travel to schools, homes, and community settings to help kids maintain an active lifestyle, with a consistent caseload of 25 treatment hours per week and guaranteed 33-35 hours when travel time and documentation are included.

Job description

We are working with a client in the Wasilla, AK area who is seeking a pediatric Physical Therapist to join their team for a 6-month stay with an option to extend. This is not your typical home health provider--you'll travel the Wasilla and Palmer areas helping kids maintain an active lifestyle, participate in community activities and maybe even do some snow skiing!

• Consistent caseload, 25 treatment hours scheduled per week. Add in drive time and documentation and you'll work 33-35 hours per week guaranteed.
• Kids are seen in their natural environment (school, daycare, home visits) or in the community in an immersive type setting.
• The caseload is located in the Anchorage and Eagle River area.
• We are looking for a PT to spend mid-August through early March with us.

Qualifications

You will need to have a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy and a current state license (or be eligible for same).
