Job summary

Qualifications

• Active occupational therapy license in the practice state.
• Strong communication skills and visual acuity.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and uphold safety and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver occupational therapy services and develop treatment plans.
• Evaluate patients using diverse methods and adjust interventions.
• Provide direct therapy across settings, aligning with patients' physical, emotional, and intellectual capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Prepare documentation including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participate in program development and contribute to departmental initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervise interns or students.
