Job summary

Reqs include a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in occupational therapy from an accredited program, Oregon OT license on hire, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Master's degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
• PhD from an accredited occupational therapy program or equivalent education/experience
• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities
• Provide professional consultations to support patient independence
