Qualifications

• BLS - American Heart Association certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with diverse diagnoses and needs.
• Perform patient evaluation and treatment to maximize independence according to functional level.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy or equivalent education/experience

Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience

Oregon Occupational Therapist License
