Job summary

Shanti Physical Therapy in Edison, NJ seeks an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain daily activities at home, work, and in the community. You will evaluate function, build plans of care, and collaborate with the Physical Therapy team from evaluation onward.

The ideal candidate holds an active New Jersey OT license, demonstrates practical problem solving, and communicates clearly. Outpatient or hand-therapy experience is a plus as are strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate functional needs and develop Occupational Therapy plans of care.
• Provide treatment that connects directly to daily tasks and routines.
• Teach strategies and home programs patients can use between visits.
• Coordinate with the Physical Therapy team and referring providers.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
