The Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services to patients aged 15 and older. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and documenting care. The ideal candidate will be licensed, certified, and possess a degree in Occupational Therapy with experience in neuro rehabilitation.

SUMMARY
The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for the provision of Occupational Therapy services for an inpatient and/ or outpatient population from age 15 and older including, but not limited to, evaluations, evidence-based intervention, equipment recommendations and modality application under the referral of a physician or qualified non-physician provider.
