Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in Ashland, Missouri. This flexible PRN opportunity lets you apply your clinical skills and build meaningful patient relationships while maintaining a schedule that fits your life.

As an OT, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide skilled therapy, support ADLs, monitor progress, and document care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
• NBCOT certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions.
• Address functional mobility, ADLs, strength, coordination, cognition, and other occupational performance needs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve safety and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy staff, and other care-team members.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you will help patients improve their independence and ability to participate in everyday activities through individualized, skilled therapy.
