Job summary

River Falls Post Acute in Marietta, SC is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life.

The ideal candidate holds SC licensure, a BS in OT (MS/OTD preferred), and experience in SNF/long-term care. PCC and Casamba familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in South Carolina in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master's/Doctorate preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Proficient with PCC and Casamba preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents within 24 hours of physician referral when possible.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and obtain physician approval as required.
• Provide occupational therapy services per physician orders and goals.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Supervise staff and students per state regulations.
