Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to evaluate and treat residents, enhancing daily living activities and independence. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a 124-bed facility.

The role requires licensure in South Carolina and a degree in Occupational Therapy, with Master’s/Doctorate preferred. PRN opportunities and a supportive work environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's required; Master's/Doctorate preferred).
• Active, unencumbered OT license in South Carolina.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy focused on improving ADLs, strength, coordination, and mobility.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and team meetings.
• Conduct staff education and in-service training.

Position Summary
