Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to evaluate and treat residents to improve daily activities and independence.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, develop individualized treatment plans for ADLs, mobility, and functional goals, and ensure accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active SC OT license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC and Casamba preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to continuing education.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will evaluate and treat residents to improve their ability to perform daily activities, restore function, and maximize independence. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy focused on improving ADLs, strength, coordination, and mobility
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s/Doctorate preferred)
• Active, unencumbered OT license in South Carolina
• Must maintain license in good standing with the State Board
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
