Riverwalk Post Acute is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our team. The role includes evaluating and treating patients, coordinating with physicians and families, and maintaining documentation. New grads welcome; pay starts at $48/hour with DOE.
We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules in a clinical setting. The OT will supervise COTA and aides, participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and training for staff.

The Staff Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records. Conducts in‑services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
Supervises Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), aides and students.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, prefer graduates of Masters or Doctorate Program in Occupational Therapy. Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state. Employee must meet continue education requirements per state practices. Must maintain a license in good standing at all time with the state board.
CPR Certification, as required for license renewal
Working knowledge of Medicare and other payor sources.
Experience in long term care preferred.
Able to work on multiple tasks at the same time.
