Job summary

Lifespan Physical Therapy Services in Anderson, Indiana seeks an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to help residents regain independence through personalized interventions. Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Therapist and graduate of an ACOTE accredited program.
• Indiana Operator's license and ability to travel to other locations occasionally.
• Experience in resident care including assessment and treatment planning.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident evaluations to determine functional abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide therapies to improve motor skills, cognition, and daily living activities.
• Coordinate with nursing and other staff to ensure a team approach to care.
• Educate residents and families on techniques and adaptive devices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and progress notes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize resident recovery.
