River Crossing Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to help patients improve daily function through therapeutic activities and self-care training. You will assess, plan, and implement treatment programs while coordinating with the care team.

The role requires NBCOT certification and a current state license, plus strong communication for patient and family education. This on-site Missouri position offers a supportive team and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be registered as an OT.
• NBCOT certification and state license required.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients using therapeutic and self-care activities to improve function.
• Monitor patients' activities and provide encouragement.
• Contribute to meetings and case conferences for coordinated care.
• Document weekly progress in appropriate records.
• Maintain office treatment areas, equipment, and supply inventory.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in treatment techniques.
• Maintain NBCOT certification and state license.
