About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR)to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to our residents in a variety of settings. As an Occupational Therapist (OTR) with Aspire Senior Living Webb City, you will:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and cognitive abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional abilities and independence
• Provide therapy services in various settings, including resident rooms, therapy rooms, and outdoor spaces
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care planning
• Educate and train caregiving staff on therapeutic techniques and strategies
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans

Requirements:
