Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR) certification in Missouri.
• Must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Ability to provide services in multiple care settings (SNF, assisted living, rehabilitative).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents per individualized plans.
• Develop and implement therapy programs to improve physical and cognitive abilities.
• Conduct assessments, re-evaluations, and progress documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams for seamless resident care coordination.
• Educate caregiving staff on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
