Occupational Therapist (OTR)

We have an excellent Full‑Time opportunity for a dynamic occupational therapist who can provide care for our residents in the comfort of their homes. Must have an occupational therapy license in the State of Missouri, excellent communication and computer skills, and reliable transportation. The qualified candidate may also hold a Master of Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy.

Salary and Sign‑On Bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient’s physical, communication, and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan.
• Provide advice and support for family members.
• Assess the home environments of the patient.
• Educate and instruct on assistive devices and equipment.
• Provide a home exercise program.
• Assist patients’ exercise for pain relief.
• Review the patient’s progress related to occupational therapy.
• Perform administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports, and making telephone calls.
