As a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OTR), you will be responsible for:
Providing occupational therapy services to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities
Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness
Creating and implementing effective therapy plans to address cognitive, physical, and emotional needs
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of resident progress and treatment plans
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and current licensure Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Missouri
Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
