Job summary

Aspire Home Healthcare in San Diego region is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate and treat patients in their homes, developing personalized therapy plans and coordinating with the rehab team. You will help patients regain independence in daily living activities and document progress in the chart daily.

We offer per-visit pay starting at $95, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, three weeks of Paid Days Off (PDO) per year for eligible employees, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in California.
• 1 year OT experience preferred.
• Experience with OASIS and WellSky strongly preferred.
• Current physical (within 6 months) and TB test (within 12 months) with CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve daily living activities.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Supervise COTAs and HHAs per care plan requirements.
• Document treatment notes and progress in the chart daily.
• Coordinate total patient care with the healthcare team.
• Complete discharge summaries and obtain orders as needed.

You’ll design and implement individualized therapy plans to help patients regain independence in their home environment while coordinating care with the broader rehabilitation team.
