Job summary

Aspire Home Healthcare is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve the East County with patient-centered, in-home therapy. You will evaluate patients, design individualized plans, and coordinate care with our rehabilitation team to restore independence in the home setting.

You’ll supervise COTAs and HHAs, document progress, and assist families with home exercise programs while maintaining HIPAA compliance and safety standards. Competitive per-visit pay starts at $95.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in California.
• Minimum 1 year OT experience preferred.
• Experience with OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) strongly preferred.
• Current physical (within last 6 months), TB test (within last 12 months) and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve daily living and work activities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and update as needed.
• Supervise COTAs and HHAs per care plan requirements.
• Document treatment notes and progress daily.
• Coordinate total patient care with the healthcare team.
• Complete discharge summaries and obtain orders when needed.
