Centra Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a SNF/LTC contract position in Helena, Montana. This assignment offers a weekly pay range and the chance to contribute to a dedicated interdisciplinary team in a supportive setting.

The OT will provide skilled therapies per physician orders, assess patient needs, and collaborate with other disciplines to reach rehabilitation goals during the contract period.

Competenze

• Graduated from an accredited OT program.
• Current state OT licensure or in process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled OT services per physician orders.
• Assess needs, plan, evaluate and modify OT care.
• Collaborate with disciplines to plan patient goals.

Job Description:

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team for a contract assignment!

• This is a contract position.
• Days schedule.
• This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
