Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop creative, individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team
• Provide hands‑on therapy focusing on daily living skills and oversee COTA interventions
• Guide patients in using adaptive equipment
• Mentor and guide therapy staff

Education

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy

Licensed OT certification in Alabama

2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting

Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation

Creativity in problem-solving and activity adaptation
