Job summary

Creekside Village is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for residents with impaired ADLs. You will evaluate, treat, document, and facilitate care while participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.

You will assist the Director of Nursing Services to develop ADL decline prevention policies and procedures, ensuring high quality resident care and compliance with regulations. This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience.
• Must hold an active Occupational Therapist license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic OT services to residents.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT):

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Ability to present information to supervisor.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Must have at least two years of related experience
• Must have a current Occupational Therapist license
