Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join Kindred Hospital Denver, ARU on a PRN basis (3 days a month, including one Saturday). You will perform patient assessments, identify needs and contribute to care planning while delivering high-quality, compassionate care in an acute rehab setting.

Responsibilities include timely documentation, nursing interventions, and completing the Interdisciplinary Care Plan.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred
• ASLS certification preferred

• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
