Job summary

The Springs at St. Andrews Village is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab team in Colorado. This PRN role offers a flexible schedule (Sunday–Saturday) with hourly pay between $50 and $56 depending on experience.

You’ll evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and support discharge planning across inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care settings. To succeed you must hold an active Colorado OT license, demonstrate strong communication and clinical reasoning, and thrive

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treat a mix of inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient, and long-term care patients.
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy colleagues, providers, and families.
• Support discharge planning and patient education.
• Document care accurately and efficiently.
• Help patients maximize function, independence, and quality of life.
