Job summary

The Springs at St. Andrews Village is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy across inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care settings.

We value collaboration with nurses, therapists, and families, and support discharge planning and patient education. A Colorado OT license is required to join our dedicated team in a supportive, SDV-centered

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Colorado Occupational Therapist license.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules.
• Desire to work collaboratively across disciplines.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat a mix of inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient, and long-term care patients
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy colleagues, providers, and families
• Support discharge planning and patient education
• Document care accurately and efficiently
• Help patients maximize function, independence, and quality of life

To Be Successful In This Role

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license
