Nealy Pierce is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient pediatrics team in Idaho. The ideal candidate combines clinical excellence with a servant-leader mindset to educate patients and families about injuries and treatment plans, ensuring understanding of post-care expectations.

We offer a 100% outpatient pediatrics focus, generous mentorship from a large team, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus, plus 4 weeks PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Open to new grads and experienced therapists.
• Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication across all levels.
• Collaborative, team-building mindset.
