Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist who embraces servant leadership and patient education. The ideal candidate will educate patients and families about injuries and expected treatment outcomes while partnering with a large team to support patient care.

The role is a salaried position with guaranteed 40 hours plus overtime, offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive medical, dental & life insurance, mentorship, and 4 weeks of PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication across all levels.
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers.
• Collaborative, team building personality style.
• Servant leader mindset.
