Job summary

Theradynamics is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a PACE program and build long-term relationships while delivering holistic, community-based care for elderly participants.

You will conduct OT evaluations, focus on ADL training, fall prevention, and home safety, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support independence in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current Pennsylvania OT license or eligibility is required.
• NBCOT certification is required.
