Job summary

Theradynamics is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver comprehensive OT services for PACE participants in a geriatric, community-based setting. You will perform evaluations and ongoing treatment aimed at promoting independence in daily activities within home and community environments.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s/Doctoral degree in OT, PA license (or eligibility), and NBCOT certification. New grads welcome; per diem and contractor options plus full-time benefits are available.

What You Will Do

You will provide occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing treatment for PACE participants, focusing on ADL training, fall prevention, home safety assessments, cognitive maintenance, adaptive equipment recommendations, and caregiver education. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a community-based model that prioritizes holistic, person-centered care.
