Job summary

Theradynamics is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our PACE program, delivering geriatric care in home and community settings. You will help participants maintain independence using adaptive strategies, home modifications, cognitive interventions, and caregiver education.

You will conduct OT evaluations and provide ongoing treatment, focusing on ADL training, fall prevention, home safety, and caregiver support within a holistic, team-based model.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Pennsylvania OT license or eligibility
• NBCOT certification is required
• Interest in geriatric care and community health
• New graduates welcome
