PACE of Montgomery County, part of Trinity Health PACE, seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT evaluation and treatment for participants in day centers, nursing homes, and in-home settings. The primary purpose of this position is to provide clinical occupational therapy evaluation and treatment for the participants of the PACE Organization. This includes acute, restorative, or maintenance therapy as needed in various settings such as the Day Center, Nursing Home, or in-home settings.
This position will be based at the LIFE of Montgomery County.
