Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a per-diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Sharon, CT. We offer competitive rates, strong PTO, and support for education.

The qualified candidate will provide compassionate therapy, collaborate with the rehab team, and maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. License eligibility in CT is required or in process.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy license or license eligible in the state employed.
• Strong computer skills and experience with electronic documentation.
• Ability to work in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and be detail-oriented.
• Be flexible with hours and participate in team activities.
