Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Presque Isle, ME, is seeking a Per-Diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) to join our sub-acute rehabilitation team in a SNF setting. The role requires a current OT license (or eligibility) and offers flexible hours, supportive colleagues, and strong documentation expectations using MS Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic records.

Compensation ranges from $40–$45 per hour. You’ll provide compassionate therapy and collaborate with nursing and rehab staff to help

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to practice in the state employed.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Ability to work in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility and collaborate with rehab staff.

Responsibilities
