Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Per-Diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team in Dover-Foxcroft, ME. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and work closely with other rehab professionals to support patient independence.

We offer competitive pay, up to 5 weeks PTO to start and up to 6 weeks after 5 years, plus continuing education support, a 401(k) plan with employer match, flexible schedules, and mentor programs to help

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or eligible to practice in the state of employment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Team-oriented and able to work with nursing staff and therapists.
• Flexible with hours and reliable in scheduling.

Responsibilities
