Noble Horizons in Salisbury, CT is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. The role offers flexible per-diem opportunities in a supportive environment focused on high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold an OTA license or be eligible to practice in CT, demonstrate strong documentation skills in MS Outlook/Word/Excel, and collaborate closely with rehab and nursing staff to promote residents' independence and outcomes.

Qualifications
