Nealy Pierce is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an acute rehab unit with a neuro-focused population in Tennessee. Join a team of therapists and assistants providing comprehensive inpatient care.

You will treat diagnoses including Parkinson's, Stroke, TBI, spinal cord injuries, orthopedics, and cardiac patients, with about five patients per day and a 75% productivity standard. The role offers mentorship, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and 4 weeks PTO; committed to rewarding patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Must hold a Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.

Responsabilités

About the Position

Come work on a team of 5 Physical Therapist, 5 Physical Therapy Assistants, 5 Occupational Therapist, and 2 Speech Language Pathologist. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 90% return to home rate.
