Job Title: Full-time Hybrid (Inpatient / Outpatient) Occupational Therapist (OT)

KELLER OAKS HEALTHCARE CENTER - KELLER, TX

Keller Oaks Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing facility offering long-term care, post-acute rehab, outpatient programming, and geriatric skilled therapy services. We are currently seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team!

Duties:
  1. Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders, developing care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
  2. Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
  3. Provide rehabilitative treatment for patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  4. Administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, adjusting treatments based on patient progress and outcomes.
  5. Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
Qualifications:
  1. Occupational Therapy license is required.
  2. This position is open to OTs at all experience levels.
  3. Lymphedema Certification (CLT) or Parkinson's Certification (LSVT) is preferred.
