Compassus is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care, assess safety, and help patients perform daily activities. You will tailor interventions to improve participation and independence, collaborating with families to modify environments and assistive devices.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-focused care in home settings, with emphasis on safety, quality of life, and teamwork across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current State License as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• Two years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with patients in their home to address needs.
• Empower patients to live safely and participate in daily tasks at home.
• Help families adapt environments and equipment to improve independence.
