Compassus is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to work directly with patients in their homes, delivering evidence-based therapy to enhance independence and safety in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (OT) required.
• Current State OT license required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Current CPR and TB test and Hepatitis vaccination/declination.
• Two years of OT experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with patients in their homes to provide therapy.
• Help patients perform daily activities safely and improve quality of life.
• Adapt environments, modify tasks, and recommend equipment to enhance participation.
