Job summary

Health Link Home Health and Hospice Agency in California is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support patients at home, with day shifts Monday-Friday.

You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and caregivers to improve safety and independence in the home. A company vehicle is provided, and guaranteed full-time pay with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and quarterly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist License is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.
