Health Link Home Health & Hospice is seeking licensed Physical Therapists in California to join our team. We emphasize patient care and provide scheduling support, AI-assisted documentation, and route planning to minimize administrative burden.

A company vehicle is available to support efficient home visits and keep you focused on patient care. We offer guaranteed full-time pay with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses paid each period.

Formación

• Active California Physical Therapist License required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

If your day runs longer, you are paid for the additional time worked. If you work efficiently and finish early, your guaranteed daily pay remains the same.
