Concept Rehab in Charlevoix, MI is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our compassionate rehabilitation team. We offer both full-time and PRN positions to support a flexible schedule and quality patient care.

You will assess patients, develop individualized OT plans, and collaborate with nursing, physical, and speech therapy colleagues to maximize functional independence. Eligible candidates will hold MI OT licensure and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Michigan OT license or eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life.
• Post-acute rehabilitation experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy services to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and independence with daily activities.
• Help patients achieve their highest possible level of functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Complete documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
