Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Traverse City therapy team.

You will help patients improve daily activities, increase independence, and achieve your highest level of function in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate holds an OT degree from an accredited program and current Michigan OT license, with strong communication and patient care skills to collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Michigan OT license.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings preferred.
