Graham Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Robbinsville, NC seeks an Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy to improve residents’ quality of life and independence. The role includes supervising COTAs and collaborating with health professionals to ensure safe, effective interventions.

You will advocate for residents, communicate clearly with families and staff, and maintain thorough clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid occupational therapy / OT license.
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy / OT program.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide certified occupational therapy assistants (COTAs).
• Collaborate with other health care professionals in assessment, planning, and safe implementation of therapy.
• Be a resident advocate where the resident is the center of all we do.
• Ensure excellent communication among residents, families, and staff.
• Provide clinical documentation.

*JOB SUMMARY*

The Occupational Therapist / OT position is to be responsible for providing skilled occupational therapy. The occupational therapist will assess, plan, and implement personalized occupational therapy interventions to enhance residents' quality of life and functional independence.

Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Supervise and guide certified occupational therapy assistants (COTAs)


• Collaborate with other health care professionals in the assessment, planning, and safe implementation of all therapy
