Job summary

Wayland Nursing and Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled OT services in a 24/7 skilled nursing setting. The OT will assess, plan, and implement personalized interventions to improve residents’ quality of life and independence.

Responsibilities include supervising COTAs, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring clear communication with residents and families. In-person work with a strong emphasis on compassionate care and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Successful criminal background check.
• Long-term care facility experience preferred.
